Non-Negotiable Fitness

I’ve been Crossfitting for 3 years now, and I would definitely say I have been indoctrinated into the cult. Growing up I was an active child and competed on an array of dance and sports teams, but for a few years there, I let that love of fitness slip away. I’ve made it back now and I would love to help you find the thing that works for you and makes fitness a non-negotiable in your life. 

Thyroid Health

I have experienced the full monty of thyroid problems. It started with fighting for my original diagnosis of hypothyroid, moved into Hashimotos, and gave me a great big smack in the face with Thyroid Cancer (Papillary Carcinoma Stage 1). I was blessed with many people along the way that made it more manageable and would gladly be that person for you. 

Holistic Wellness and Nutrition

I have struggled with my own wellness and nutrition for many years. I battled eating disorders at a young age and face struggles with food addiction. Over the year I have worked with different programs and coaches to learn more and hone in my knowledge and skills to lead to a healthier lifestyle. Through a more holistic and compassionate approach to wellness and nutrition, I would love to help you find your way to a healthier you.

What Is the Benefit of Health Coaching?

There is no denying the overwhelming amount of information available nowadays when it comes to nutrition. Do I count my macros? Cut carbs? Cut calories? Should I just workout harder? Etc… The key thing about dialing in your nutrition is making it all about YOU! You are unique and your nutrition should be too. By working with a health coach, especially one who has faced many of the common (and even not so common) struggles with nutrition, you can have the support you need to find what works best for you. 

Who Is Health Coaching For?

Health Coaching is for anyone who is looking to make adjustments to their current nutrition and wellness routines, no matter how big or small. Whether you are the person who has tried every single fad diet out there, or you just feel like you lack the knowledge or experience to healthily feed your body, even if you have experience in nutrition but need assistance dialing in those minute changes that will make all the difference, having a Health Coach can help you! 

 

What is The Process Like?

We would start with a phone call to discuss your current nutritional landscape, history, and any health issues you might be facing. From there we would move forward into discussing what changes need to be made. We can develop a plan that seems manageable but will also help you start seeing changes and feeling better each and every day. As you follow the plan we keep in touch every step along the way, I want to discuss ALL of the things you are thinking and feeling in relation to the changes you are making. Talking about it all, feeling it out, and understanding what is working and isn’t working is key to reaching your goals. 

1. Consultation Phone Call

Let’s discuss your current nutrition and wellness and what changes you want to make and see. 

2. Nutrition Plan

We get started on setting a nutrition plan in place. We can start with even the smallest changes that can lead to big results. And then lead into more defined changes that keep you moving in the right direction. 

3. Check In - Often

We will set up a schedule that works best for you to check-in and discuss how things are going. We can talk about it all, the good, the bad, and especially the ugly.  

4. Course Correct and Adjust

As is often necessary with nutritional plans, we will make adjustments along the way. If something is working we keep going with that but if you feel like you are hitting a brick wall or struggling in a way where you can’t push through, it is important that we make adjustments. I’m not here to make this harder for you, I’m here to make it easy and enjoyable to live a healthFULL lifestyle. 

5. Long Term Success Planning

Optimal nutritional and wellness is a long term goal. I don’t want to give you a plan, even see you succeed with it, and just leave you hanging. I want to make sure that we consider all of the possible road bumps you might face in the future and plan accordingly so that you can hold onto your progress FOREVER!
